More sustainable, healthier, more enjoyable - that's what we want the food of the future to be. But how can this aspiration be put into practice? To answer this question, KErn is bringing together all players in the value chain at the "Über den Tellerrand: Ernährungssysteme mit Zukunft" (Thinking outside the box: food systems with a future) conference on November 20/21 in Munich.
